Annual HOA Meeting on Monday (1/16)
Hi Neighbors,
It’s the start of another year, and with that comes our annual HOA meeting. It will be held this Monday, January 16, 2012 at 7pm at the fire station located just north of Arlington Ave and Shelbyville Road.
At a high level we will be:
- Electing some new officers for the board. These volunteers will be managing and leading the HOA for the next year.
- Reviewing the 2011 budget and presenting the 2012 budget.
- Review previous year’s projects.
- Discuss potential projects for 2012.
- Listen to and address comments/questions from our homeowners.
I realize this is probably not the most exciting thing you’ll do all year, but it is an important event for the community and I’m asking you all to come. If you need to bring your kids, they’re more than welcome. We’ll set up a table in the back with something creative to do.
If you have not paid your dues you may bring your check to the meeting. As a reminder, if you have a financial hardship and wish to make special payment arrangements with the board. please do so by January 31, 2012. All discussions will remain confidential.

Annual Meeting Tonight – Reminder

2009 Annual Neighborhood Meeting
Sycamore Run’s annual meeting will be held at the fire station off of Combs Road Monday January 12, 2009 from 7:00pm – 8:30pm.
We will be electing two new board members, discussing our 2009 budget, sharing other information and addressing any homeowner questions.
Your attendance is important. We hope to see you there.

Annual Meeting
Sycamore Run’s annual neighborhood meeting will be held on January 21, 2008 at 7pm at the Fire Station located on the southeast corner of Stop 11 and Combs Road.
At this meeting we will go over our 2008 budget, elect a few new board members and discuss our new neighborhood website, which will serve as a central point of communication between the board and neighbors.
All neighbors are welcome. We hope to see everyone there.
