Annual Dues Extension
The deadline for dues payment has been extended. Dues will now be considered late if postmarked AFTER March 31, 2010. Because of the change in management, there may have been some confusion on how much to pay, and where to mail your dues check. For the record, the change in management will not affect your 2010 dues. 2010 dues are still $340 for the year. If you have NOT yet mailed your dues, please mail them to Sycamore Run’s Post Office Box:

If you already mailed your dues, we received these when Blue Sky transferred our files back to us March 6, 2010. Any undeposited checks will be deposited by March 10, 2010. If you need to set up a payment schedule for your dues, please contact a board member before March 31, 2010.

Just a reminder that HOA dues are due today, March 1, 2010. If you haven’t dropped them in the mail, please do so ASAP.

Fencing
As you may have noticed, the fence on the west side of the neighborhood (that borders the apartment complex) is almost completely town down in a certain spot. This appears to be a team effort between residents in our neighborhood and residents in the apartments. We are discussing how to pay for it, and how to obtain evidence of its destruction.
