Sycamore Run, Indianapolis, IN

General Information

Sycamore Run is located off Southport Road about a half-mile east of Emerson Avenue, and consists of 100 single-dwelling homes. We are located 10-15 minutes southeast of downtown Indianapolis and are very close to modern conveniences such as restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, and the Franklin Township schools.

As of 2010, Sycamore Run is a self-managed HOA. If you have any questions or concerns, please document them in an email to the board.

Trash Pickup

Trash pickup occurs every Wednesday. Heavy trash pickup occurs the first Wednesday of every month. If trash pickup will be delayed due to a holiday or severe weather, please look for media announcements or contact the Mayor’s Action Center web site (see right).

Speed Limit

The posted speed limit in Sycamore Run is 20 mph. If you see people speeding call them out, tell them to slow down, or report offenders to the board.

Mailboxes

Per the covenants and restrictions of Sycamore Run, mailboxes and mailbox posts shall be uniform in nature. Neighbors needing to replace mailboxes or posts must contact Otto Parking and Marking at:
